I've been fortunate to hold only two truly meaningful roles in my life-both requiring patience, guidance, and a commitment to teaching.
The first is being a father: raising two boys to become independent, confident men. From their first steps to their first days of school, and now through college, I've learned that growth follows a natural progression. Each stage builds the foundation for the next, and skipping steps can undermine long-term success. That same philosophy applies to my second role as a personal trainer.
My goal is to help clients understand their bodies and develop strength and efficiency through proper progression. Mastering the fundamentals before advancing to more complex movements not only enhances performance but also greatly reduces the risk of injury. Just as a student can't skip elementary school and expect to thrive in high school, you can't safely or effectively perform advanced exercises without first mastering the basics.
